A gorgeous reception area accented with subtle grays, stunning marble, and generous natural light sets the stage for a gracious introduction into all that Gatherings offers. The setting is simple, sophisticated, bright, energizing. It includes an engaging bar and service area and connects the center’s highly flexible, expansive spaces, which together can accommodate more than 350 guests.
The impressive Great Hall is an upscale, understated backdrop for any occasion, accented with vast hardwood flooring and tasteful towering walls of windows. There is an optional raised stage and an impressive array of AV and lighting options, including several choices of chandeliers. With cushioned Chiavari chairs surrounding generous round tables, The Great Hall hosts banquets and wedding receptions for up to 250 guests. It also converts easily to a spacious event center for fundraising auctions, business expos, and more.
The unique FlexSpace at Gatherings offers dual meeting rooms or a single sweeping area, with window walls that open fully to a pair of patios. Accommodating up to 149 guests, FlexSpace is perfect for half- or full-day luncheons, conference and break-out rooms, training sessions, and parties. Here you’ll find an array of the latest technology tools: AV connections, mounted HDTV or projector and screen, ultra-high-speed 1 Gbps Internet service, and more. Appointments such as marble floors and soft gray woodwork make FlexSpace an inviting setting for wedding ceremonies, which may be open-air according to the season.
The VIP Room is a lovely, comfortable nook with attractive furnishings and generous space. It sometimes serves as a corporate breakout room or private consultation area, or as planning central for major events. For weddings of all sizes and styles, wedding parties gather in the VIP Room before, during, and after the day’s festivities. It easily accommodates dressing and freshening up, friendly toasts, and those precious pre-wedding photo ops.
